Michael was our technician today. He was amazing—both professional and compassionate. We lost power just before his arrival, but he stayed to finish the job for us. After two weeks of problems, he had us back up and flowing quickly. I initiated my service request via the email function on their website, had a response within an hour; it was even after 5 p.m. They were able to schedule an estimate on my time frame. Jeff arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and got my estimate. I had a call from scheduling right away and was able to get the work scheduled on the time frame needed for my countertop install. I've always been happy with Richard's Plumbing. They never disappoint.
