I was experiencing an issue with the flush valves in my two bathrooms. I called Richard’s Plumbing this morning and was happy that they were able to dispatch a plumber today. Paul and his associate came within a few hours to check out the issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced both flush valves and the shut off valves for each toilet. I was charged a reasonable fee for this service, and I’m very satisfied with the work performed. I would not hesitate to call Richard’s Plumbing the next time I need plumbing service!

Called Richard's Plumbing a couple of times when I had a leaking wax seal on one toilet and a clogged toilet. Paul Senior and Jacob came out to repair the leak and Paul III came out to fix the clogged toilet. They all responded quickly and were very courteous and worked fast to fix the problems.
